Meet and Greet (phone or video)
A FREE 15 minute chat for you to ask any questions you may have about naturopathic healthcare and how it might be right for you.
This is not intended for medical advice and cannot be used in place of an appointment.
Initial Consult
The initial consult consists of a 75 minute virtual appointment to gather as much information about your health, habits, lifestyle and personal goals. This will consist of a variety of questions to get to know you and understand your health concerns.
Follow up Visits
30 and 45 minutes follow-up visits are offered to determine how our initial treatment plan is going, to review any labwork that was done since our first visit, and ensure your protocol is as personalized as it can be.
Naturopathic Acupuncture
Using the philosophies of traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture treatments consist of a personalized plan to support the mind and body while providing an opportunity to rest the nervous system
Cupping Therapy
An opportunity to relax and target stubborn muscle tension through this fascial release technique, based on Chinese Medicine philosophy. 30 minute visits may be tailored to your specific goals.

Fees and Payments
Fee schedule:
Initial consultation fee (60 minutes): $230
Comprehensive follow up (45 minutes): $145
Standard follow up (30 minutes): $100
Acupuncture treatment (45 minutes): $90
Cupping Therapy (45 minutes) $90
Quick 15 minute check in: $50
Discovery call (15 minutes): FREE
*Sliding scale available for those with financial need determined on a case by case basis. Please inquire directly if you are interested in this option*
*Payment will be collected at the end of the appointment via Credit card, Cash, or e-transfer.
Invoices/receipts are sent immediately following payment reflecting the amount paid and payment method.

If your plan covers Naturopathic Medicine but is not listed above, you must pay upfront and claim for reimbursement separately using the receipt/invoice sent after payment has been received.
